Our state of the art design facilities allow us to produce tailor-made products to suit every need.
In the Prepress studio we manage a large variety of artwork from the industry standard Adobe Creative Suite to Microsoft Word and Publisher. We have a large collection of both Apple and PC platforms operated by our friendly Prepress team who are happy to offer help and advice on any technical queries you may have. Here we also produce hard copy proofs, original artwork, posters and large format displays.
Quick Artwork Guide
If possible, we would ask you to supply digital artwork in the following formats:
- High resolution PDF (Adobe Acrobat X and below) single pages with 300dpi images, fonts embedded, 3mm bleed and crop-marks.
- Quark/InDesign document with all supporting documents, files and fonts supplied.
- If fonts cannot be supplied, please convert all text to paths.

Computer to Plate (CTP)
We have installed a Mako 8 plate processor, which is 100% chemical free, producing AGFA plates for print. In the Prepress studio we manage a large variety of artwork from the industry standard Adobe Creative Suite to Microsoft Word and Publisher.

Origination
We operate both 27" Imacs and PCs with all the latest software from InDesign to Acrobat Professional and QuarkXpress. Our workflow incorporates preflight checks and a secure archive system for all our clients' artwork both past and present.
Services such as typesetting, proof reading and altering customer supplied artwork can also be performed.
Our Pre-Press team in conjunction with Customer Services can give you an unparalleled level of support at all stages of your print job.
Proofing
We use Pitstop pro software for preflight checks for mistakes and errors in pdf,s and it automatically detects pretty much every possible error in PDF files and automatically fixes them, it also lets you manually edit almost everything in a PDF file without leaving Adobe Acrobat
If a file that contains images or content that extend to the edge of the page, and it contains no or not enough bleed, white borders can appear after cutting the sheets.
