Details
Wings and Sections
Although 1 section or wing is the most popular, having more wings allows content to be separated into logical sections which are easily accessible. We can manufacture up to 3 wings or spines which can accommodate more content so it can be organised into the logical sections
Pockets
Pockets can be incorporated into the medical files for storage, pockets can be any size or shape to store paper documents, labels and clinical notes
Types of pockets include tight pockets or gusseted pockets with a gusset fold to hold large amount of documents
Our fidia folder gluer is capable of gluing many different medical files and configurations of folds
We can also add plastic pockets plain or printed or custom make them to your requirements.
Lamination
We can strengthen the files with a matt or gloss lamination film. This transparent film adds strength, rigidity and protection, which extends the life of the printed pieces. Lamination also enhances the appearance of the printing and adds protection against fingerprints and smudges, stains and spills, tears and wrinkles, marks and abrasions, plus oil, grease, dirt, moisture and other contaminants
Tabbed dividers
We manufacture all styles of custom made printed tabs plain or printed. We can print in single or full colour one or two sides. You can have them drilled, collated or inserted into folders. Mylar lamination reinforces the tabs for added durability and enhances the appearance of the tab. Mylar is available in various colours.
